• 3.1. All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• 4.1. We deliver across the UAE and select international locations. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
• 4.2. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. customs clearance, local holidays), for which Heartz Jewelry will not be held liable.
• 4.3. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

Please note that all purchases made at Heartz Jewelry are final and non-returnable. Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
