24 hour Window: You have 24 hours from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

Condition: Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How it Works: Simply contact our support +971 55 548 0365 with your order number. Once we receive your original item, we will ship out your new selection immediately.

Shipping: We offer one complimentary exchange per order to ensure you find the piece you truly love."
